Abstract. This paper investigates transformation of structured urban environments into dynamic, interconnected regions through the integration of advanced digital and physical systems. It emphasizes the pivotalrole of serverless insights from integrated platforms in strategic decision-making, enabling the conversion of indirect resources such as revenue streams, physical assets, and infrastructure into tangible, measurable outcomes. These outcomes include heightened economic productivity, improved resource efficiency, and enhanced quality of life for residents. The study highlights how serverless computing and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies reshape conventional urban infrastructure into intelligent, adaptive ecosystems. By capturing, processing, and analyzing real-time data, cities can optimize resource allocation, elevate service delivery, and address the complex challenges of modern urban living.
