Abstract. This research proposes an AI-driven digital Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) system designed to combat the rising prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). While traditional CBT is effective, it faces barriers like high costs, limited therapist availability, and social stigma; therefore, this study leverages generative AI, machine learning, and VR to provide a scalable and accessible alternative. By integrating behavioral data and psychometric assessments, the system delivers personalized interventions—including cognitive restructuring and exposure therapy—while providing real-time feedback and relapse prediction. Ultimately, the framework aims to enhance treatment adherence and therapeutic outcomes through an intelligent, user-centered approach to digital mental health.
