Abstract: Programmable High Voltage Controller was developed to solve the disadvantage of adjusting dial of analog potentiometer which is voltage regulation method of module which supplies high voltage for existing SiPM drive. In the proposed method, when the desired voltage is set through the command input from the computer or terminal, the driving voltage is supplied to the SiPM after transmission to the controller by using the UART (Universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter) communication. For this purpose, circuit design and hardware fabrication were performed using HV module and digital potentiometer. In addition, communication functions and digital potentiometer control functions are also developed in MCU. As a result of experiment using HV controller that was made, it was confirmed that the set value inputted from the computer was accurately outputted from the driving module.
